Hydrodynamic Isolation

The purpose of a Hydrodynamic Tool is to provide a constant cycle of cooling water to the Isolation Tool during Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) operations, while still maintaining positive pressure between the seals to keep a constant hydrostatic barrier in place.
